Coming Saturday, August 9—David Barrett is a WWII historian and author. On this 80th anniversary of the dropping of atomic bombs on Japan, David will talk about his book, “140 Days to Hiroshima: The Story of Japan’s Last Chance to Avert Armageddon.” David was also the producer and consultant on a two hour documentary titled “Heroes of the Sky: The Mighty Eighth Air Force,” which aired as on National Geographic in 2020.
